By creating an account or using Hestelo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Who provides Hestelo
Hestelo is provided by its founder, an individual, and not by a company. Hestelo is a free tool for planning and organizing a household move: moves, rooms, boxes, box items, large items, QR box labels and scanning, a supply calculator, shared moves with people you invite, and reminders. Hestelo is not a moving company and does not move, transport, or handle your belongings.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Hestelo.
Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Use Hestelo only to plan and manage household moves. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or access it through unauthorized means.
Your content
You own the content you enter. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the service. We do not sell your content.
Free service; no payments
Hestelo is free. There are no purchases, subscriptions, or prices, and we do not collect payment information.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time in the app. Deletion is permanent and removes your profile and all of your moves, rooms, boxes, items, and memberships.
Disclaimers and liability
Hestelo is provided as is, without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the founder is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Because Hestelo is free, total liability is limited to fifty US dollars ($50).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
